About The Role: As a Data Engineer, he/she will be responsible for designing and maintaining our data warehouse, as well as creating optimized data pipelines to populate it. In this role, the Data Engineer (Data Warehouse) will collaborate with other data engineers to organize data into structured warehouses, develop and manage data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems using Google BigQuery. What You Will Do: Design and optimize data warehouse structures to support data analytics and data science requirements. Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines to populate and manage data within the data warehouse. Collaborate with stakeholders and data team members to architect, develop, and maintain advanced reporting and data visualization capabilities on large volumes of data, supporting analytics and driving process improvements. Implement best practices in data engineering, ensuring data integrity, quality, scalability, and proper documentation. Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present information accurately for both structured and unstructured datasets. What We Are Looking For: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Data Engineering and/or Software Engineering. Strong knowledge of data modeling for efficient data architecture and cloud database design. Proficiency in SQL with experience in at least one programming language (Python preferred). Familiarity with Cloud Data technologies on GCP or AWS, and experience with data warehouse solutions such as Redshift or BigQuery, as well as BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau). Hands-on experience in developing data pipelines or creating ETL/ELT processes using tools such as Airflow, Talend, or Pentaho. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
