We have a new and very exciting opportunity to join the Data Insight Team within Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies as a Junior Data Engineer. This is a unique and rewarding role where you will directly contribute to making communities safer by utilising cutting edge technologies to tackle some of the most important challenges faced by modern policing.
As policing becomes more complex, there is an ever growing need to understand and interpret large data sets to provide insight and support decision makers, ensuring we serve our communities in the most efficient and effective way. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS?
As a Junior Data Engineer, you will influence decision making by working closely with all roles across the analytical space, creating bespoke data pipelines by using Python programming skills and database knowledge to build out our force data warehouse and provide better access to siloed data.
Using your keen problem-solving skills to explore datasets and overcome complex data pipelines using modern tools and skills to provide a robust and accountable data platform for all levels of analytics.
