YOUR SKILLS

  • You have very good knowledge of Python (see libraries above) and SQL (we mostly use PostgreSQL).
  • Some prior experience with Polars, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Airflow, Streamlit, or Dash are nice to have, as is experience with prompt engineering, Github, AWS, and Docker.
  • You like to dig into new topics and learn as you approach new projects.
  • Ideally, you are always on the lookout for novel developments and like to drive the adoption of innovative technologies in our organization.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and show strong ownership of topics and push projects independently.
  • Particularly, you like to analyze and improve processes and engage with our analysts and internal stakeholders to get an understanding of users’ needs and can independently diagnose process improvement potential and proactively suggest solutions.
  • You have an ability to describe complicated issues concisely and understandably and can efficiently communicate in writing and in person with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You have excellent spoken and written English skills.
