In this role, you will monitor daily data pipelines, resolve issues, and manage core BI data components to ensure accuracy and consistency. You’ll work closely with data owners and technical teams to reduce errors, improve processes, and enhance overall data quality. You will also support users by responding to queries, maintaining clear communication, updating knowledge tools, and following internal standards, all while contributing to Civica’s culture of continuous improvement. What you will need to be successful in this role Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills. Experience working on business-critical systems within multi-market or geographically distributed teams. High attention to detail in time estimation, task planning, report creation, and data management. Ownership-driven approach to incidents, collaborating with others for timely resolution. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Flexibility to adjust priorities quickly based on customer needs.
