Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Providing operational support for SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Working closely with the 2nd & 3rd Line support teams, troubleshooting database and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Assisting in database maintenance, security, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Supporting database integrations for new services, working alongside project engineers.
  • Monitoring system performance, automating routine tasks, and improving efficiency.
  • Engaging in incident resolution and problem management at a 3rd line support level.
