Join us! ***THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD*** Description: ACT1 Federal is currently seeking a DTS Customer Support Specialist to act as the Agency Program Coordinator (APC) and effectively manage the NAVWAR GTCC program. Responsibilities: Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to within one (1) business day and monitored until resolved. Process check-in and check-out requests for new, transferring and departing employees. Monitor and analyze the GTCC online system and IntelliLink reports for misuse, abuse and delinquencies. Apply working knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to travel and the GTCC program. Effectively navigate applicable software and systems, such as Defense Travel System (DTS), GTCC Software, IntelliLink, Microsoft applications and the Navy ERP program. Maintain records of support services on database tracking tools and document management systems. Actively engage with DTMO’s Travel Assistance Center (TAC), to identify and resolve issues from the Major Command perspective. Perform administration functions in DTS, including maintenance of employee and Defense Travel Administrator profiles, permission levels and access, and routing lists. Provide travel help desk customer service support. Update outstanding TAC trouble tickets and report to Government Task Lead(s). Associate’s degree At least 2 years’ Defense Travel System (DTS) help desk and GTCC experience is required. Active Secret or above clearance is required.
