We are a collaborative team where great ideas are encouraged at every level. We’re looking for a junior designer who is equally comfortable producing drawings and diving into the creative process — from architectural details to interior finishes, custom casework, and sourcing FF&E. This is an opportunity to be hands-on in both architecture and interiors, with room to grow as a well-rounded designer.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketchup; familiarity with Chief Architect, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), and Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • 2–5 years of professional or internship experience in design AND drafting
  • Strong sense of style and ability to contribute creatively to design discussions
  • Basic knowledge of building construction, codes, and materials a plus
  • Eye for detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Assist with residential remodels and new construction projects
  • Assist with drawings in AutoCAD and Sketchup
  • Contribute to interior design: finish selections, custom cabinetry/millwork, material palettes
  • Research and source FF&E
  • Help prepare design presentations, renderings, and space plans
  • Help prepare budgets and spec books
  • Participate in internal meetings, design discussions and occasional client presentations
  • Collaborate closely with principals, the design team and construction team to see projects through all phases
