OTE: £50,000+ (CURRENT DESIGNERS £80–100K)

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or career-starters in interior design (degree or diploma preferred but not essential) — full training is provided, and our proven commission structure makes £50,000 OTE easily achievable, with top performers earning £80,000–£100,000.
The Role

As a Junior Sales Designer, you’ll combine creativity with customer service to help clients bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life. You will:

• Create stunning 3D CAD designs using Virtual Worlds (full training provided).
• Guide customers through the design and purchasing process with professionalism and flair.
• Follow established showroom and sales processes to deliver consistently excellent service.
• Learn Bowmans’ full product range and apply this knowledge to support customer decisions.
• Handle order processing, quotations, and payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain showroom standards and support the wider team.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for interior design (degree in Interior Design/Architecture or relevant discipline preferred, but all applicants considered).
• Strong communication and influencing skills with a natural ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• IT literacy (Microsoft Office; CAD experience a bonus but not essential).
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of a showroom rota.
• Ambition to succeed in a sales-focused role.
