Job Description The role includes: Provide 2D drafting and Design support to develop 3-dimensional details for the purposes of design development. Producing details of façade systems based on architectural sketches. Working closely with other team members to produce concept, detailed and tender packages. Development of own skills in design, engineering, materials, etc. Communicating regularly with design team and manager. Attending meetings with architects and contractors. Qualifications 1- 2 years’ experience in façade design At least one year BIM (Revit or Rhino) experience on building industry Degree or diploma holder of mechanical / civil / structural engineering Proficiency in MS office Knowledge of 3D design software (AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup Pro, etc.) Knowledge of graphic software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
