This is an opportunity to be an integral and fully integrated Junior Graphic Designer at Nest Property Marketing. This is a hybrid role that requires a high competency level within the realms of asset creation, image editing, video editing and IT skills as well as exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
Reporting to our Creative Director, you’ll be working closely with a team of designers, videographers, photographers and account managers to create high quality marketing assets including photography, brochures, videos and floorplans.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High-Level Competency within the Adobe Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, Indesign)
  • Experience in image editing, video editing and motion graphics
  • Strong general IT proficiency in a wide range of creative and administrative software
  • Great communicator and relationship builder - we love what we do and have fun doing it!
  • An eye for detail and a creative, unique approach to storytelling
  • Impeccable time-management and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced creative agency

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree with a concentration in design, digital media preferred. (Preferable)

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients on the status and delivery of creative assets whilst building rapport and ensuring all assets are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Creation of 2D floorplans for residential clients.
  • Edit video and image assets for clients in an on-brand manner and in accordance to brief objectives.
  • Liaise with the creative team on behalf of clients to communicate project goals and outcomes.
  • Graphic design/brochure design.
  • Creative video and image editing, including custom on-screen graphic animation.
  • Create and edit websites and microsites using the WIX API.
  • Foster relationships with clients and support office staff in a variety of administrative and logistical responsibilities.
