SUMMARY:
We are looking for a curious, driven, and service-oriented Junior Desktop Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate or someone with 1–2 years of hands-on IT support experience who is eager to learn, build their skills, and grow within a fast-paced tech company.
Reporting to our Senior IT Administrator, you’ll be a key player in delivering exceptional day-to-day support for our hybrid team—ensuring their devices, systems, and tools are working seamlessly. You’ll help with everything from resolving tickets to setting up new workstations, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and supporting both PC and Mac environments.
This role is in-office four days per week to support our local team and equipment needs.
Must have lived in Canada for at least 5+ years
Must live within 30 minutes from Waterloo
