As a Junior Developer you will be working at one of our Capgemini offices and/or client sites working with one of our Financial Services clients including banks, capital markets firms, insurance carriers, and wealth managers. This role focuses on developing, testing, and maintaining client business applications. You will participate in an initial training program that enhances your relevant programming, delivery, and consultative skills, providing you with the tools to be successful in your role.
After your training, you’ll be working on exciting client projects that have the potential to transform the way they conduct their business. You’ll work closely with project teams and mentors who will provide guidance, growth opportunities, and genuine feedback. Responsibilities:
o Testing Analyst: Testing software and using quality assurance methods to ensure the solution is properly meeting the client’s requirement
o Developer/Programmer: Writing and reviewing code, programming, and software development, fixing bugs, testing and quality assurance, interpreting architecture and create, etc.
o Scrum Master: Implementing agile methodology to allow teams to collaborate and work together to build an effective solution for your client
o Data Analyst: Assessing data provided by the client, creating insights, and providing recommendations that are based on data-driven decision making

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $60,000 - $70,000 USD annually.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
