Description
Location – Gurugram (Onsite) Responsibilities Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, TPRM, IRM, or others depending on business needs). Develop client scripts, Script Include, UI/Data policies, business rules, ACL’s and workflows under guidance from senior developers. Support the creation and maintenance of Service Catalog items and Request Workflows. Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting activities. Document technical changes, configurations, and development work. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical tasks. Monitor platform performance and support incident resolution related to ServiceNow. Your Profile Required experience 2-4 years. Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules. Hands-on experience with JavaScript (client‑side and server‑side). Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JSON. Knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment as well as Individual contributor and learn quickly. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
