REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently in college or recently graduated in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Strong computer skills and passion for emerging tech.
  • Familiar with VIPE coding, Anthropic Claude Code, and MCP servers.
  • At least basic/junior-level coding skills in languages commonly used with VIPE coding (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
  • Ability to read, understand, and modify code when needed—not just use visual coding tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • On-site availability in Carlsbad, CA.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a typical developer job—you’ll be working directly with the founder in a creative, think–build environment. We’ll sit down together, brainstorm ideas, map them out, and you’ll write the actual code to bring them to life.
We’re looking for someone who is quick to learn, skilled with modern tech tools, and comfortable experimenting with new ideas. You’ll be hands-on in turning concepts into fully working applications that directly impact how businesses operate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the founder to design and develop new automation, CRM, and SaaS applications.
  • Code projects using VIPE coding and Anthropic Claude Code.
  • Install, configure, and manage MCP servers and related infrastructure.
  • Build and test functional prototypes quickly.
  • Research and integrate new technologies into our tools.
