As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our infrastructure and deployment processes, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our applications. Responsibilities - Assist in the deployment, management, and monitoring of applications on AWS. - Collaborate with development teams to automate and streamline the software development lifecycle. - Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, AWS CodePipeline, or similar. - Manage infrastructure as code using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability. - Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments. - Contribute to the documentation of processes, systems, and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest DevOps practices and AWS services. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Basic understanding of DevOps principles and practices. - Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.). - Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices. - Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash). - Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Splunk). - Understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. #LI-MB1 #LI-Hybrid
