We’re looking for a proactive, problem-solving IT Specialist who thrives on optimizing, automating, and maintaining robust cloud systems. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage Pikoya’s AWS infrastructure, ensure smooth product launches, monitor system performance, and keep our platforms fast, secure, and reliable. You’ll collaborate closely with software engineers and product teams, bridging development and operations, and take ownership of challenges to deliver smart, scalable solutions. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company’s AWS account, including configuration, monitoring, and optimization. Administer product firewalls: manage rules, review logs, and identify issues or anomalies. Perform launches and updates of company products Run profilers to analyze product performance (CPU, memory, processes). Configure machines and write simple automation scripts to streamline workflows. Requirements Full proficiency in AWS and Linux environments. Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud and system operations. Basic to intermediate scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell). Experience with firewall configuration and system security. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Advantages Experience with performance profiling or monitoring tools. Ability to write production-level code (e.g., in Java, Python, or similar). Familiarity with MySQL.
