Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

ArvatoConnect are looking for a Junior Digital CX Architect to join our dynamic IT design team where you’ll play a key part in designing forward-thinking digital customer experience solutions that drive real change. Working closely with business and technical teams, you’ll help shape scalable, secure, and user-centred architectures that enhance how we connect with customers. From developing CX prototypes and translating requirements into technical designs, to supporting strategic decisions and exploring emerging technologies like AI, DevSecOps, and cloud platforms - this is a role where your ideas will matter.
If you’re driven by innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design and deliver smart, scalable CX solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Create engaging prototypes that enhance digital interactions and customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions are intuitive, accessible, and technically sound.
  • Produce clear and detailed architecture documentation, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs.
  • Translate business needs into robust architectural designs and present these to stakeholders.
  • Support the development of IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent solution delivery.
  • Play a key role in technical assurance and decision-making by acting as an escalation point within the architecture team.
  • Maintain and update the enterprise architecture repository to reflect evolving systems and solutions.
