Sky Sports is launching a new TikTok-first brand for young female sports fans - and we’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer to help shape its look and feel.
You’ll play a key role in defining the visual identity of this new account: designing and editing social-first videos, graphics, and visuals that are bold, playful, and trend-led.
Working closely with producers, editors, and community managers, you’ll create content that champions women’s voices, celebrates female athletes, and connects with under-25 audiences in fresh, engaging ways.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and edit video content optimised for TikTok and Instagram Reels, helping define the visual style of a new female-focused social brand,
  • Design social-first graphics, templates, text overlays, and animations that bring fun and relatability to sports storytelling,
  • Produce short-form edits using trending audio, formats, and platform-native tools,
  • React quickly to cultural and sporting moments, delivering bold and timely content,
  • Collaborate with producers, talent, and editors to bring shoots and real-life moments to life visually,
  • Draw inspiration from fashion, pop culture, influencer content, and digital trends that resonate with female Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences,
  • Contribute creative ideas in editorial brainstorms and help shape visual concepts from pitch to execution,
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand’s inclusive and positive tone.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or CapCut,
  • Experience creating TikTok/Instagram-first content, including graphics, motion design, and short-form edits,
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and design for vertical video formats,
  • Up to date with TikTok aesthetics, design trends, and Gen Z/Gen Alpha culture (sport, lifestyle, fashion, influencers, pop culture),
  • Ability to work at speed, responding to sporting and cultural moments with bold, reactive content,
  • Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working with producers, talent, and on-set shoots,
  • Previous experience in a social media or creative content team/agency,
  • Passion for sport, with knowledge across football, F1, cricket, golf, and tennis,
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
