Description

Overview Supports Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COTRs) and development teams by refining requirements, system designs, and test capabilities to meet mission needs. Applies Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools to improve system lifecycle outcomes. Responsibilities Assist in developing and refining system requirements and design artifacts Support MBSE activities under supervision Contribute to system models and documentation Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand mission needs Support test planning and validation activities Required Qualifications Basic understanding of MBSE concepts and systems engineering principles Familiarity with at least one framework or language (DoDAF, SysML, or UAF) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team environment Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant work experience OR Highschool Diploma and 7 years of relevant work OR Associate's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR Master's and 10 years Top Secret Clearance/SCI with POLY Desired Qualifications Exposure to MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw, Sparx EA) Entry-level SysML or systems engineering coursework OCSMP certification (or progress toward it)
