We are now looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join Thule’s Global Online team at the head office in Malmö, Sweden. The temporary position extends from mid-April, 2025, to end-March 2026 or by agreement.

DESIRED SKILLS

• A degree in marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• Experience with digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of online marketing principles and strategies.
• Fluent in English, as this is our primary working language.
• A passion for learning and staying up to date on the latest trends in the industry.
• Proficiency in basic analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will assist in our online marketing efforts, helping to drive engagement and conversions through various campaigns. You will gain experience in Google Ads, social media advertising, and multi-channel marketing as you support the creation and execution of campaigns that connect us with our audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup and manage online marketing campaigns on different platforms primarily Meta and Google.
• Help run A/B testing and ensure ongoing optimization of campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and contribute to data-driven decisions for improvements.
• Collaborate with our content team to optimize ads.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate marketing efforts and ensure a consistent brand message.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and explore innovative ways to enhance our online presence.
