WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You will bring knowledge from a degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, combined with 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
Your proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and management tools and your knowledge of website and API development principles will prove very valuable.
You will be successful in this role thanks to your detail orientation and analytical and numerical skills.
Additionally, you can manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment and to forge relationships internally and externally with your strong communication and cross-functional working skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters is looking for a talented Junior Global Digital Manager Tic Tac to join the Global Category department for a fixed-term contract, reporting to the Global Digital Marketing Manager Tic Tac.
Thanks to this exciting opportunity you will support your manager with the website, social media, key digital campaigns, and e-commerce strategy under the iconic Tic Tac brand across all our geographies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will contribute to Global Digital Strategy development and implementation for Tic Tac.
Your main tasks will include leading the Social Media and websites governance, with close cooperation with the markets and external agencies. You will also oversee digital products rollout, migrations, maintenance, audits and performance tracking.
Covering this position, you will interact with several internal and external stakeholders and maintain a close relationship with key collaborators throughout.
Specifically, you will coordinate key content production projects – i.e. with digital agencies or UX designers – aligned with brand guidelines and content strategy. You will co-create creative concepts and promotion plans of branded content across digital channels, including social media, WWW and potentially brand app. You will also supervise and validate quality assurance and testing activities.
Additionally, you will evaluate online trends, media and market research, competitor practices and demographic data to deliver actionable recommendations to stimulate the digital strategy.
Lastly, you will measure and optimize performance of projects using appropriate systems, tools and techniques to drive impactful change.
