JUNIOR DIGITAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – GROWING TECH FRANCHISE

The Role: As a Junior Digital Operations Assistant, you’ll help roll out updates, setup accounts, configure accounts, and maintain alignment across multiple online platforms. You don’t need to be an expert yet — just resourceful, eager to learn, and detail-oriented. We’re looking for a high-energy, multi-tasker, “get it done” type of person who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

BASIC SKILLS (REQUIRED):

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be a fast and accurate typer.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple online platforms, quickly and efficiently.
  • Quick learner with the ability to follow clear instructions.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS (PREFERRED):

  • Understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
  • Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets) for tracking updates.
  • Previous exposure to the tech stacks above, e-commerce tools, and/or digital marketing platforms.
    Hourly: $25

Responsibilities
  • Apply updates and changes across accounts in platforms such as Shopify, Twilio, Google Drive, Google My Business, Google Merchant Center, and Google Ads, Apple Maps, our own proprietary software.
  • Open support tickets and track until resolution with these big tech partners, revamp the process if needed to avoid further issues.
  • Follow clear instructions to implement rollouts consistently and accurately.
  • Track, document, and double-check completed changes.
  • Flag discrepancies and collaborate with the team to keep all systems in sync.
  • Continue to learn systems, processes, and roll out initiatives given by senior leadership.
  • Support senior leadership in roll-out tasks, while giving feedback about current tasks and opportunities to optimize/automate.
  • Create internal development tickets for issues, track them, test and close tickets with approval.
  • Log and manage your progress in our software, create additional tasks, notifications and automations to keep ongoing tasks continually optimized.
