Job Description The Role Forming part of the Customer Analytics function within the Digital team, the Junior Product Analyst will work closely with the Digital Product, UX, Optimisation and Experimentation teams to help assess, understand and improve the performance of our digital experiences across the group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their analytics career to develop strong product and digital analytics skills, working alongside experienced analysts and a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of dashboards that help product teams understand performance, user behaviour and key drop-off points across the customer funnel. Assist with ad-hoc analysis and deep-dives to identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and customer experience across our websites and apps. Support the Experimentation team with analysis of A/B tests, helping to ensure results are clearly understood and insights are shared with stakeholders. Work with Optimisation and Personalisation teams to help measure the impact of new features, experiences and personalised content on different customer segments. Learn and apply best-practice measurement approaches across product, UX, testing and analytics, with guidance from the Senior Product Analyst. Build positive working relationships with stakeholders, responding to analytical requests and communicating insights clearly. Qualifications Some experience in a digital, product or web analytics role (or a relevant placement, internship or graduate role), ideally within an ecommerce or digital environment. Basic to intermediate SQL skills, with a desire to continue developing technical capability. Exposure to web analytics tools such as GA4 and/or Content Square An understanding of A/B testing concepts and experimentation principles, even if experience is limited. Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar). Clear communicator with the ability to explain insights in a straightforward way and adapt messaging for different audiences. Curious, proactive and keen to learn, with an interest in how data can improve digital products and customer experiences.
