As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Junior Digital Product Officer. The Junior Digital Product Officer is responsible for the management, development, and enhancement of myON, the integrated application serving Energy and Telecommunications customers. The role’s main objective is to optimize the user experience, increase usage and customer satisfaction, and support the company's digital strategies. Responsibilities Μonitor in a daily basis of the application to ensure its seamless operation (web/app checks) Track and analyze KPIs (penetration, active users, churn, etc.) Ensure consistency and quality of the app’s content and functionalities Collaborate with Product, IT, developers, and UX design teams to implement improvements, fixes, and new features Collect and analyze customer feedback (App Store, Google Play, retail stores, online, CXP) to enhance the product Support the design of marketing campaigns to increase user base and engagement Conduct market research and competitive analysis to propose new features and improvements (best practices, features, UX trends) Prepare reports for Management on the app’s performance and progress Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field 1+ years of professional experience in the development, management, or support of digital applications, products, or services (mobile apps or customer portals - B2C) Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey design Experience in energy or telecommunications companies Familiarity with app usage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) Experience with B2B solutions or client-facing mobile applications Fluency in English, both written and oral Personal Skills Project management and cross-team coordination skills Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Well-organized and reliable personality A competitive fixed salary package aligned with your experience and expectations Hybrid working model Private insurance, corporate benefits and perks Continuous training and professional development Excellent professional environment Modern and productive working facilities Don’t miss the chance to join a Great Place to Work-Certified Company that fosters a positive work environment, proudly recognized as a Best Workplace for Women 2025.
