Description

You will have some experience of working within an Early Careers role, ideally with experience of high-volume, high paced recruitment. You will be able to evidence a focus on ensuring a candidate centric experience and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Be happy to positively challenge the norm and accepted ways of working. Evidencing a continuous improvement mindset to assist us in our journey. Driven and determined, yet empathetic to the needs of the various stakeholders you encounter throughout the recruitment process. A passion and commitment to diversity and inclusion throughout all aspects of early careers. You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders. Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working).

Responsibilities
