We are looking for a Junior eCommerce Consultant to join GroupM Italy. Based in Milan you will be supporting the eCommerce Team to define and evolve the marketplace solutions and to generate incremental revenues for our clients.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Support the operational retail Amazon team in the daily task deliveries: content optimization, account and catalogue management, product pages upload
• Realization of report and analysis to monitor clients main KPIs trends
• Identification of new business opportunities and actions to enhance the eCommerce performances
• Support the Amazon Account management and manage problem resolutions via Amazon support
• Actively collaborate to develop and execute special projects and new business strategies
• Work collaboratively with the local agency digital leads, advertising specialist, technology leads and client teams to implement and track delivery of services
• Actively use and extract information from tools enabling data analysis and performance tracking
