JOB SUMMARY

The Junior Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for the foundational tasks that support the smooth operation of our online sales channels. This entry-level role focuses on the essential processes of listing products, ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining the product catalogue, and assisting the Ecommerce Manager with various tasks to drive online sales growth. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the fundamentals of ecommerce.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· While 6+ months of relevant experience is preferred, motivated fresh graduates with demonstrable potential skills are also encouraged to apply.
· High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Ecommerce) is a plus.
· Basic understanding of ecommerce concepts and online sales processes.
· Familiarity with common ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon, Noon) is an advantage.
· Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good organizational and time-management skills.
· Basic written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently under supervision.
· A proactive and eager attitude to learn and develop in the field of ecommerce.
