Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Estimator with a strong background in electrical systems and a proven track record in estimating. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional marketing and communication skills to effectively present our services and build strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to determine the scope of work and required resources. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and comprehensive project bids. Present and explain estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns. Assist in the preparation of bid proposals, including cost breakdowns and schedules. Utilize marketing skills to effectively promote our services and secure new business opportunities. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: 3 - 5 years of experience in electrical estimating preferred. Experience with Accubid Anywhere or previous versions. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in estimating software and tools. Exceptional marketing and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
