Our technical department has a team of senior mechanics with years of experience – they will guide you, teach you, and help you grow step by step into a skilled technician. The work is diverse: every day brings new technical challenges in a modern, international production environment.

As a Junior Electrical Technician, you will work on a wide range of installations and systems within a modern flower production facility. You will be involved in both electrical and mechanical tasks, gaining valuable knowledge on the job.

Your tasks include:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, drives, and production systems
• Replacing motors, bearings, chains, hoses, and shafts
• Carrying out mechanical adjustments, welding, and assembly work
• Working with electric motors and basic electrical systems
• Supporting the installation and commissioning of new machines
• Checking machines and installations for performance and safety
• (Optional) Learning to work with PLCs – training provided by the team
