JUNIOR ELECTRICAL TESTING AND MEASUREMENTS ENGINEER

We are looking for an Electrical Testing and Measurements Engineer for our client’s physics and semiconductor laboratory in Delft. You get to work with cutting edge technology in a highly dynamic environment of scientists, researchers and engineers trying to push the boundaries of technology.
The work scope ranges from measurement of III-V material based electrical devices at cryogenic temperatures, stabilizing the associated packaging, analysis, organization and presentation of the measurement data.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate with a master’s degree in an experimental science (physics, nanotech, electrical engineering, microelectronics etc.) with experience in most of the below mentioned:

• Experience with electrical test and measurement
• 1+ year experience using at least two of the following for electrical testing on regular basis:
• SMUs, LCR meter, analog pre-amplifiers, semiconductor parameter analyzer
• A strong physics and semiconductor background
• At least one year experience writing Python scripts to control lab equipment and analyze data, basic understanding of Git
• Interested in solving technical problems that require collaboration differently skilled technicians/engineers
• Proficient with computer programming
