Your tasks

Mission of the role

You're at a business-critical interface: deeply involved in the operational energy data business and tasked with fundamentally automating this business through proprietary data analytics, tools, and AI agents. You see the immediate impact of your work – every resolved ticket brings a project closer to invoicing, every agent built saves the entire team time.

1. Data analysis & automation through in-house AI agents

  • You analyze measured values, counter readings, and shipping jobs for patterns, outliers, and recurring causes of errors.
  • You translate this knowledge into AI agents that can independently diagnose errors and suggest or implement solutions.
  • You are the technical driving force behind the Metering Point Operation (MSB) app: you identify missing features from your daily work, specify them, and bring them into the product through your own development.

2. Operational responsibility for energy data up to billing readiness

  • You bring projects to invoicing readiness month after month: correcting missing or implausible measurements, creating substitute values via reference profiles, masking values and having them recalculated.
  • You create shipping jobs, monitor their status, and validate the data after each fix.
  • You will work daily in our partners' app and our internal MSB app, following standard MSB processes.

3. Ownership & Scaling of the MSB Area

  • You are responsible for all energy data tickets internally (project and billing teams) as well as externally (distribution system operator, suppliers, transmission system operator) - from acceptance and prioritization to resolution - and you are the escalation point for complex cases.
  • You keep an eye on the MSB-relevant mailboxes, assign messages from market partners to the correct processes, and ensure that no time-sensitive communication gets lost.
  • You train interns and working students in processes, tools and the MSB Bible, support them until they become independent, and keep the documentation up to date.
