Junior Engineer - Contact Centre Leading Telco client (consulting through FinXL)

FinXL is seeking a Junior Engineer, with exposure to Contact Centre engineering/integration/support, to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key transformation engagement. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Exposure to NICE CXone Studio scripting (or comparable contact centre tools)
  • Understanding of IVR design, call routing, and contact centre workflows
  • Basic experience with APIs, JSON, or web services
  • Some knowledge of scripting/programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
  • Build, configure, and maintain call flows and IVR scripts using NICE CXone Studio
  • Support integrations with external systems and APIs (REST/JSON)
  • Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and optimising scripts and call flows
  • Contribute to the design of customer communication journeys across voice and digital channels
  • Document technical changes, flows, and integration points
  • Work closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
