JUNIOR ENGINEER

We are looking for a Junior Engineer in our Finance & Payments team.
The Finance & Payments team works on critical payments infrastructure to ensure other systems are easily able to send and receive payments to and from borrowers, brokers and investors. They are also responsible for ensuring that we comply with FCA regulations with regards to reconciliations.

• You will collaborate closely with your team, using pair programming and code reviews to build and maintain our products. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be writing code, working on existing solutions, and learning from experienced engineers every day.
• You will actively participate in all aspects of team life, from daily stand-ups and retrospectives to contributing to documentation and engaging with the wider engineering community. Your voice is important, and you’ll be encouraged to share ideas, ask questions, and help shape a positive and effective team culture.
