Site Overview: Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem. Roles overview: 1. Basic understanding of machining process and fixture design. 2. Interpretation of part drawing & its GD & T requirements. 3. Should able to perform work as per SOP & industry standard practices. 4. In depth knowledge of cutting tools design, parameter selection, trouble shooting. 5. Hands on experience on tool setting in Zoller an making program. 6. Should be able to set tool in machine as per NC program. 7. Able to conduct tool trial on regular basis to optimise cost. 8. Responsible to control inventory and consumable cost. 9. Able to interpret and create tool layout. 10. Responsible for work holding fixture maintenance. 11. Interact with Vendor to drive cost optimisation and trouble shooting. 12. Responsible to drive end to end consumable/fixture planning. 13. Responsible to deliver tools and fixture on time and every time. 14. Knowledge of QC tools & driving RCA. 15. Knowledge of process specific PPE's 16. Knowledge about 5 axis machine will be added advantage , seimens control Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in advanced machining processes, including 5-axis machining, and demonstrate hands-on experience with DMC/DMG machines and VMC. Required Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical engineering with minimum 2-3 years of experience.
