Job Description Summary Junior Engineer will be responsible for Cabinet assembly , Cabinet wiring and assemble electrical devices while they are supposed to maintain the health of tools & machinery. Candidate may also perform tests on electrical items, such as Cabinets and sub assemblies. Job Description Roles & Responsibility: Responsible for managing production no’s in Assembly, testing and subassembly of control cabinets. Responsible to deliver product with first pass yield of : 95% or more. Implement 1 Kaizen in safety, quality or productivity per month, also must comply to all EHS requirements & actively support EHS programs in the plant. Should be actively involved in self managed teams (HPT) Working with warehouse team for timely supply of materials Ability to read blueprints, BOM, Connection diagrams and specifications Ability to learn and work on various digital tools like MES, Pro-label Manage consumable requirement for production. Work on the cost reduction projects of consumables.
