JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Engineer to join our team. You will be involved in a range of activities from design and fabrication to field installation and project management . This is an excellent opportunity for ITE graduates who are eager to gain practical experience and grow their engineering career in a dynamic work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITE Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
• Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge in AutoCAD or other drafting/design software (training can be provided)
• Willing to work on-site and occasionally at fabrication workshops
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
• Physically fit and able to work in field environments
• Basic understanding of electrical tools and safety practices preferred.

• Assist in technical drawings , CAD models, and design calculations
• Support the fabrication process and ensure quality control
• Participate in on-site installation and commissioning of systems/equipment
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Provide project support, including scheduling, documentation, and site supervision
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards and regulations
