About the role We are currently looking for Junior Engineer who will Support project and business operations through financial monitoring, invoice and payment follow-up, delivery and resource management support, contract administration assistance, and proposal preparation. The role is responsible for reviewing the financial status of ongoing projects, coordinating with finance teams and clients on invoice submission and payment receipt, and assisting the Team Leader in monitoring deliverables, resources, and operational requirements. It also supports the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader and Functional General Managers in preparing contracts, variation agreement proposals, replacement proposals, EOIs, technical proposals, and financial proposals in line with client requirements, RFP instructions, contractual obligations, and organizational standards. The incumbent will coordinate with internal teams, technical experts, finance personnel, and management to ensure accurate documentation, timely submissions, effective project support, and improved delivery performance. Key Responsibilities: Monthly review of the financial scenario of ongoing projects. Review and follow up on invoice submission and payment receipt with the finance team and the client. Assist the Team Leader in delivery management and resource management. Assist the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader and Functional General Managers in contract preparation, variation agreement proposals, and replacement proposals. Assist in the preparation of Expression of Interest (EOI), technical proposals, and financial proposals as per RFP requirements.
