MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

Proven experience as a Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang .
Strong knowledge of REST API development and integration best practices.
Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and in-memory data structures.
Proficiency with Postgres for relational database management.
Experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

Familiarity with cloud environments ( AWS, GCP, Azure ) and containerization tools ( Docker, Kubernetes ).
Experience with performance tuning and large-scale distributed systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field , or equivalent practical experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills .
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang .
Build and manage RESTful APIs to support frontend and mobile applications.
Implement caching and data storage strategies using Redis and Postgres .
Work with Kafka to build and optimize event-driven and real-time data pipelines.
Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Support the technology department in enhancing services within the retailer integrations domain .
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization processes.
