The scope of this role is to assist Compliance department to ensure the business is compliant with legislation, industry standards and approved codes of practice in all areas of the business and to support continue certification to ISO, NACOSS Gold and other safety related certifications.

• Conduct and ensure the general admin of audits and ensure that close outs are being conducted.
• Work as part of a team to achieve compliance in CHAS, Safe contractor, CCS, and other safety orientated construction accreditations.
• Admin of keeping up to date on accreditations – to be split with EHS manager, this will include organizing the audits, following up on the closes outs and gathering the information.
• ISO experience to be proven by helping to organize audits and ensure company is ready. (Preferable ISO9001/14001/27001 experience)
• Utilising experience in construction industry to maintain a company presence on site and ensure Onnec RAMS are being kept up to date and fulfilled.
• Fulfil PPQ requirements and help organize the database that we currently use.
• Aid in incident investigation and provide succinct RCA when necessary, fulfilling an adequate investigation process.
• Fulfill completed quality assurance and compliance checks and have had experience in checking documentation and spotting issues.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and nearmisses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
