JUNIOR EQHS ADVISOR

The successful candidate will work closely with the Environment, Quality and Health and Safety Managers. The primary responsibility will be to manage the EQHS administration and internal auditing, including Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS), EQHS documentation, Toolbox talks, SSOWs and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and management of RAMS, SSOWs and TBT in line with company document control procedures
  • Provide administrative support for all EQHS related activities
  • Ensure compliance with EQHS regulations and company policies
  • Conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO standards
  • Liaise with EQ Manager and H&S Manager and support their work
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of EQHS documentation
  • Assist in maintaining the company’s IMS

Ideal candidate

  • This role is ideally suited to a recent graduate with up to 1 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Qualification in Environment, Quality or Occupational Health and Safety a distinct advantage
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
