We are looking for an ambitious person who might fill our office clerical position with a potential carrier growth to an appraiser. This position might suit a person with a background in a collision repair industry and who is willing to obtain a full time position. Candidate must have excellent communication skills / positive attitude towards others / passion for auto body industry and desire to learn. Candidate must be highly organized and have a strong attention to details.

Requirements:

• Experience in a collision repair industry
• Working with customers and insurance companies
• Answering phone calls
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Ordering parts / accepting parts / checking parts for damages
• Willingness to cover duties of others - detailer / parts receiver / shop helper when needed due to sickness or vacation
• Quality control of repairs
• Ability to lift heavy parts
• Driver’s license and clean driving record
• No criminal record
• Candidate must be punctual, responsible and able to handle high volume of work in a busy environment.
