JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a bright, keen Junior Estimator to join our team. The Junior Estimator will play a crucial role in evaluating project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring that all financial aspects of projects are accurately accounted for. This position requires strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of cost control to help optimise project budgets and enhance profitability.

SKILLS

  • Strong numeracy skills .
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Proficient in using estimating software and tools such as Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear presentation of estimates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards is advantageous but not mandatory.
    This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about precision in estimating costs and are eager to contribute to the success of various projects through effective financial management.

    Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
