We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to support our estimating team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in commercial estimating who are eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, professional setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2–3 years of commercial estimating experience required.
• Preferred experience with government and school district projects.
• Proficiency in Blue Beam, Excel, or other estimating software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Assist in preparing cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements.
• Calculate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and other resources.
• Collaborate with senior estimators, project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Support bid preparation and budget development.
