We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow in the construction or design industry while working closely with senior estimators and project teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment

• Assist in preparing accurate project estimates and take-offs
• Review project drawings, plans, and specifications
• Support senior estimators in pricing and proposal development
• Create project layouts and visual presentations using AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and reporting
• Work with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) for project documents
• Build and maintain professional relationships with project managers, estimators, and superintendents
• Perform site visits as needed to ensure estimate accuracy and build industry connections
