JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Estimator with strong knowledge of joinery works and proficiency in AutoCAD to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project drawings and specifications, and supporting the commercial team in bidding and procurement processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Junior Estimator (preferably in joinery/interior fit-out industry).
• Knowledge of joinery materials, items, and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Understanding of local market rates and supplier networks (preferred).
• Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Preparing estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out projects.
• Support in reading and interpreting architectural and joinery drawings.
• Carry out basic material take-offs and quantity calculations using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing support.
• Obtaining pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support the review of tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Help in preparing technical and commercial submissions.
• Track project costs and assist in budget updates.
• Attend site visits or meetings when required to understand project scope.
