ESTIMATOR – DEMOLITION & COMMERCIAL PROJECTS (HYBRID + SITE WALKS)

Theo’s Industries is a nationwide demolition contractor specialising in structural demolitions, interior strip-outs, and emergency response services. We’re seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in a hybrid role, combining work from home, office collaboration, and on-site inspections/walks.

• Prepare and submit quotations and tender submissions for demolition and strip-out projects.
• Conduct site walks to assess conditions, risks, and scope of works.
• Interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and project specifications.
• Complete take-offs, scope breakdowns, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
• Liaise with clients, builders, and project managers to clarify scope and ensure accurate pricing.
• Support the Director and Project Manager with procurement strategies and cost tracking.
