QUALIFICATIONS

No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success! To qualify, you must:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Be able to pass our pre-employment assessment for the role.
  • Be a quick learner with strong muscle memory.
  • Be proficient in navigating computer systems and comfortable using dual monitors.
  • Have fast typing skills (administrative experience is a plus).
  • Have a reliable work ethic with strong attendance.

· Be detail-oriented with strong time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
· Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Every order you process contributes to helping people achieve the American dream of homeownership. In this role, you will:

  • Verify property information provided by clients and prepare files for processing using municipal websites.
  • Obtain legal documents from homeowners or condominium associations detailing outstanding fees, fines, and assessments.
  • Request and pay for payoff letters via credit card or check and handle refund requests as needed.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on all outstanding requests.
  • Input data accurately into our system to generate client reports used for finalizing property closings.
  • Meet productivity goals, processing at least 10-15 orders per day with an error rate below 7%.
