KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in planning, organising, and executing events, both on-site and virtual.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Support marketing campaigns associated with events, including promotions and communications.
  • Maintain accurate event documentation and records.
  • Help evaluate the success of events and provide feedback for future improvements.
