Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, and social platforms to ensure effective information flow within the organization.
- Plan and organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with various departments and act as a liaison between operations and Marketing to align communication strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication and engagement efforts and propose improvements based on feedback and metrics.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in engagement and communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, human resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or related roles. Experience in event planning and project management is a plus.
- Ability to manage resources and budgets
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align communication initiatives with organizational goals.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative engagement and communication strategies.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese.
- Knowledge of Canva and power point is a plus.
