Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, and social platforms to ensure effective information flow within the organization.
  • Plan and organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with various departments and act as a liaison between operations and Marketing to align communication strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication and engagement efforts and propose improvements based on feedback and metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in engagement and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, human resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or related roles. Experience in event planning and project management is a plus.
  • Ability to manage resources and budgets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align communication initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative engagement and communication strategies.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese.
  • Knowledge of Canva and power point is a plus.
