Responsibilities:
SkyePoint is seeking a highly motivated and eager individual to fill the role of a Junior Exchange Administrator supporting the Department of State (DOS).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related IT field or additional years of related IT experience.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Washington, D.C.
  • Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday, 10pm - 6am.
  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance.
  • 3 – 5 years Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange experience.
  • Microsoft Teams/Teams Phone System experience.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule for the shift listed above.
  • CompTIA Network+
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).
  • Possess strong work commitment to perform on shift as scheduled.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills to escalate problems encountered.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of basic service delivery best practices and principles.
  • Ability to efficiently manage outages and the corresponding incident management processes.
  • Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor ticketing system to receive work assignments.
  • Focus on systems monitoring for sustained periods, actively mitigating threats to service availability.
  • Follow SOPs and guidelines and provide inputs for improvement.
  • Provide customer support for Exchange Online services in MS GCC Tenant and Exchange on-premises.
  • Support Teams and other collaborative applications.
  • Support Teams Phone System.
  • Perform Exchange Incident Resolution.
  • Remain active in Exchange Monitoring and Alert Resolution.
  • Manage major incident management processes.
  • Document and report all service interruptions to email users.
  • Reply to all communications related to Exchange systems errors in a timely manner.
  • Resolve and document ticket escalations received from junior staff members.
